تقوم شركة سما المتوكل للتجارة العامة المحدودة (SAMA AL-MUTEWKL COMPANY FOR GENERAL TRADING LTD.) ("نحن") بتشغيل تطبيق "موج المتوكل" لتجارة الأحذية والحقائب. توضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه المعلومات التي نجمعها، وكيف نستخدمها، والخيارات المتاحة لك.
1. المعلومات التي نجمعها
- معلومات الحساب: اسمك، ورقم هاتفك المحمول، وكلمة المرور، والعملة المفضلة عند إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل الدخول. تُرسل كلمة المرور بشكل آمن وتُستخدم فقط لتسجيل دخولك.
- معلومات الجهاز: معرّف الجهاز (Identifier for Vendor على iOS، وAndroid ID على أندرويد)، واسم الجهاز أو طرازه، ونوع نظام التشغيل. نستخدمها لحماية حسابك، والتحقق من أن الطلبات صادرة من جهازك المسجّل، ومنع الاستخدام غير المصرّح به للحسابات.
- معلومات الطلبات والنشاط: المنتجات التي تضيفها إلى السلة، والمقاسات والكميات، والطلبات التي تقدّمها، والمفضلة، ونوع حسابك (عميل أو وكيل).
- الصور: لا يصل التطبيق إلى مكتبة الصور إلا عندما تختار صورة أو تحفظ صورة. تبقى الصور التي تعدّلها على جهازك، إلا إذا اخترت رفع صورة منتج، فحينها تُرسل تلك الصورة إلى خادمنا. ولا تُحفظ الصور في مكتبة الصور إلا بإذنك.
- بيانات محفوظة على جهازك: رمز تسجيل الدخول، ونوع حسابك، واللغة المفضلة، وتُحفظ محلياً لإبقائك مسجّلاً وتذكّر إعداداتك.
- الإشعارات: إذا سمحت بالإشعارات، يُنشأ رمز إشعارات بواسطة خدمة Firebase Cloud Messaging من Google، ويُستخدم فقط لإرسال الإشعارات إليك. يمكنك إيقاف الإشعارات في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.
لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي أو جهات الاتصال، ولا نستخدم الكاميرا، ولا نسجّل أي صوت.
2. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك
- لإنشاء حسابك وإدارته وتسجيل دخولك.
- لعرض المنتجات والأسعار بالعملة التي اخترتها.
- لمعالجة طلباتك والتواصل معك بشأنها.
- لحماية حسابك وخدماتنا من الاحتيال والوصول غير المصرّح به.
- للرد على استفساراتك وتقديم الدعم.
- لإرسال الإشعارات التي وافقت على استلامها.
3. مشاركة معلوماتك
لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها، ولا نستخدمها لأغراض إعلانية. نشاركها فقط:
- مع مزوّدي الخدمات الذين يساعدوننا في تشغيل التطبيق، مثل مزوّد الاستضافة وخدمة Google Firebase للإشعارات، وبالقدر اللازم لتقديم خدماتهم فقط.
- عندما يقتضي القانون ذلك، أو لحماية حقوقنا أو مستخدمينا أو العامة.
4. التتبع والإعلانات
لا يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات، ولا نتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع تملكها شركات أخرى.
5. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ بمعلوماتك طوال فترة نشاط حسابك. عند حذف حسابك، نحذف معلوماتك الشخصية أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية، باستثناء السجلات التي يلزمنا الاحتفاظ بها لأغراض قانونية أو ضريبية أو محاسبية (مثل فواتير الطلبات).
6. حذف الحساب
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: افتح القائمة الجانبية واختر حذف الحساب. ويمكنك أيضاً طلب حذف بياناتك بالتواصل معنا عبر البيانات أدناه.
7. أمان البيانات
جميع الاتصالات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا مشفّرة باستخدام HTTPS، ونتخذ إجراءات معقولة لحماية معلوماتك، مع العلم أنه لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة تماماً.
8. حقوقك
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على معلوماتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بالتواصل معنا.
9. خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه للتجّار والمستخدمين البالغين، وغير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع معلومات عن الأطفال عن قصد.
10. التعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسننشر النسخة المحدّثة في هذه الصفحة مع تغيير تاريخ السريان أعلاه، وسنُعلمك داخل التطبيق بأي تغييرات جوهرية.

Privacy Policy

SAMA AL-MUTEWKL COMPANY FOR GENERAL TRADING LTD. ("we", "us", "our") operates the Mawj Al-Mutewkl (موج المتوكل) mobile application for trading footwear and bags. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, mobile phone number, password, and preferred currency when you create an account or log in. Your password is transmitted securely and is used only to sign you in.
- Device information: a device identifier (Identifier for Vendor on iOS, Android ID on Android), your device name or model, and the operating system type. We use this to secure your account, verify that requests come from your registered device, and prevent unauthorized use of accounts.
- Order and activity information: products you add to your cart, sizes and quantities, orders you place, your favorites, and your account type (customer or agent).
- Photos: the app accesses your photo library only when you choose a photo or save an image. Images you edit stay on your device unless you choose to upload a product image, in which case that image is sent to our server. Images are saved to your photo library only with your permission.
- Data stored on your device: a sign-in token, your account type, and your language preference, stored locally to keep you signed in and remember your settings.
- Notifications: if you allow notifications, a notification token is generated by Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) and used only to send notifications to you. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
We do not collect your location or contacts, we do not use your camera, and we do not record audio.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and sign you in.
- To show products and prices in your selected currency.
- To process your orders and contact you about them.
- To protect your account and our services from fraud and unauthorized access.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To send notifications you have agreed to receive.
3. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the app, such as our hosting provider and Google Firebase for notifications, and only as needed to provide their services.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
4. Tracking and advertising
The app contains no advertising, and we do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
5. Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information, except for records we must keep to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations (such as order invoices).
6. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from within the app: open the side menu and choose Delete Account. You can also ask us to delete your data by contacting us using the details below.
7. Data security
All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS, and we take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us.
9. Children's privacy
The app is intended for traders and adult users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will publish the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. We will let you know in the app about any significant changes.
